About
The care of the cover, the speed of the carry
Watch a good renovator arrive at someone's home. Before a single tool comes out, the dust sheets go down. That habit, protect everything that stays while everything that goes, goes, is the whole idea we named the business after.
Why a rubbish crew from this suburb looks like this
Rubbish removal around Double Bay mostly isn't a driveway job, because Double Bay mostly doesn't have driveways. It has lifts with booking sheets, lobbies with marble, committees with by-laws, and a village strip where a parked truck is a public event. The rubbish is easy. Moving it through buildings like these without leaving a mark is the actual trade, and it's the one we practise.
So we shaped the crew around the between-trades debris run: the strip-out rubble, old joinery and renovation waste that has to leave an apartment cleanly and on schedule. That work sets our standards for everything else we carry, down to the single dead fridge. The method never changes: the run sheet is four steps long and we don't skip any of them.
What we believe, in five short lines
- Protection first. Sheets down before anything comes out the door. Always.
- The building is a client too. Managers, neighbours and lobbies are treated like they'll see us again, because they will.
- One fixed price, agreed first. Quoted before we lift, honoured after. Surprises are ours to absorb, not yours.
- The after-state is the product. A job ends broom-clean and ready for the next trade, not "mostly done".
- Honesty over polish. If the council's free clean-up suits your job, we'll tell you. If a material needs a licensed specialist, we'll steer you there instead of pretending.
Straight answers to fair questions
Do you publish prices? No, and not as a trick: every fixed price is set for the actual load and the actual building, then agreed before we start. A price list would be guessing, and we don't guess in writing. The Building Run planner gives you the shape of the job in the meantime.
Why is there no phone number on the site yet? Our local line is being connected. Until it's live, the enquiry form is the booking channel, and every job still gets confirmed in a real phone conversation.
Do you take asbestos or chemicals? No. Regulated streams belong with licensed specialists, and we'll point you to the right one rather than quietly leave the problem on your hands. The disposal guide explains how the streams work.
Ready when the debris is
Tell us what's coming out and which building it's coming out of. We come back with one fixed price, agreed before we lift a thing.
