Renovation waste & rubbish removal
Rubbish removal in Double Bay
The good renovator lays the cover first. We run strip-out debris and rubbish out of apartments, terraces and shopfronts the same way: lift booked before the truck, sheets down before anything comes out the door, the lobby left the way we found it.
One all-in price, agreed before we lift a thing. No hourly surprises, no tip-fee footnotes.
How a run works
The run sheet never changes
Every job here happens inside somebody's building. So every job runs the same four acts, whether it's a bathroom strip-out on Cross Street or one dead fridge on Carlotta Road.
-
The building first
Lift booked, building manager told, work-hour window checked. We book the lift before we book the truck.
-
Sheets down
Protection laid from your door to the truck before anything moves. The lobby is part of the job.
-
The load-out
Wrapped, carried, gone. Nothing dragged, nothing staged in the common hall, nothing left on a kerb you don't have.
-
Swept, and ready
Broom-clean floors, protection folded at the door, lift curtains down. Ready for the sparky Monday morning.
What we carry out
Built around the renovation, happy to take the fridge
Renovation debris runs
The between-trades pickup. Strip-out debris, plasterboard, old joinery and tile out of the unit and out of the building, cleanly, so the next trade starts on time and the schedule holds.
Bathrooms, kitchens, whole units. Builders and designers welcome; repeat runs scheduled around your trades.
How a debris run works
End-of-lease clearouts
Everything out and the place inspection-ready before the final walk-through. Timed to your last week of the lease, not our roster.
Vacate clearouts
Shopfit & defit
Refits and make-good defits for the village strip, run through the loading zone in the hours your neighbours won't notice.
Retail & shopfit
Everyday pickup
The dead fridge, the old sofa, the mattress that missed the council date. One crew, one visit, gone.
Single items & small loadsWe also clear deceased estates and whole households, quietly and at the family's pace. That work has its own page, written more slowly.
The Building Run
Every building runs differently
A lift building with a booked slot, a walk-up with a committee, a terrace with nowhere to park: the job is the same, the run is not. Answer four quick questions and we'll sketch how your run works, what gets protected and when, and how the lobby is left.
It gives you the plan in plain words. The price comes from us, fixed, before anything is lifted.
Plan your building run
Fair's fair
Three free council clean-ups a year. Use them.
Woollahra Council collects bulky household items from the kerb three times a year on a set roster. If your old couch can wait for the next date, and you have a kerb to put it on, that's the right call and it costs you nothing.
Where we come in: renovation and building debris the scheme won't take, loads bigger than its one-ute cap, apartment buildings where "leave it on your kerb overnight" isn't something strata will smile on, and the weeks between roster dates when the debris can't wait.
